Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fresh and Co Hampers, we take great care in curating and packaging our hampers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of the consumables products included, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Non-Returnable Items

All hampers contain food and/or beverage products and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your hamper arrives damaged or an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@freshandco.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for hampers delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
